I had the opportunity to speak with Miloa Scape, the author of the steampunk fantasy series Broken Wings, about steampunk, world-building, our books, and my award-winning steampunk novel, Corsair and the Sky Pirates, from Curious Corvid Publishing. Miloa and I spent nearly an hour discussing our interpretations of steampunk as authors of the genre and our different approaches to the world of steam-powered machines.
